If cops can be so twitchy and easy to provoke, maybe they shouldn’t hold heavy firearms???

It’s come to a point where cops are treated as such an uncontrollable power that WE need to avoid provoking THEM instead of having them do their jobs and stay calm? Why do I need to be nice and quiet just to have a cop not brutalize me?
