ARE YOU FUCKING KIDDING ME

A DEMOCRAT BROKE RANKS FOR THAT PILE OF SHIT

Manchin voting with the republicans gave kavanaugh his 50th vote. Kick his ass out.

Ok, a tiny bit of political realism here: Manchin was 50…in a 50-48 vote. He didn’t decide it. And the primaries are over, and he blew away his lefter dem opponents. The choice is him OR a hardcore republican…and right now, throwing him away throws away ANY chance of taking the Senate. So we need to choke down Manchin for another cycle, at least, because WV is not picking someone to the left of him at this time.

Murkowski was already declared as a no, she would have been 49 if she had voted (she was merely marked present as a protest) and Manchin flipping would have made it 4950 since one of the GOP Senators was absent and being the deciding vote would have motivated Murkowski to actually vote No instead of Present.

So, no, the political reality is that Manchin decided to be the vote to allow the Conservatives to strike down of Roe (women’s rights), Obergefell (gay marriage), Lawrence v Texas (which made being gay legal, which cited Roe’s Privacy standards), challenges to Obamacare (and Medicare for all should it pass), and any workers rights cases that come before the Court.
